Sr RF engineer Responsibilities:

Establishes requirements for highly complex RF design projects and may lead a team responsible for establishing requirements. Responsible for RF Receiver and Transmitter design, analysis and product integration. Architects and designs highly complex RF design projects. Completes all phases of the projects. Follows through on all in-process and final inspection activitiesResponsible for RF system implementation throughout a product design cycle. Responsible for design of Power Supplies, and other supporting circuits. Responsible for part selection, prototyping, factory bring up and lab bench debug and root cause analysis. Work with internal cross-functional teams and external JDM/CMs to successfully bring RFID products to market.Support EMI/EMC trouble shooting and validation. Architects, designs, and supports development, and testing of RF design solutions to several highly- complex technical projects. Creates specifications and provides input for product requirements. Contributes to technology roadmap process. Prioritizes quality and seek out improvements in all aspects of the RF projects.Domestic/international travel to achieve program milestones may be required. Uses status as a knowledge leader in RF design and functional knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines and program management to provide technical leadership to a given program Defines requirements for and may design complex new tools to aid in the analysis and solving of complex problemsInitiates cross-company collaboration and develops positive relationships with other engineering disciplines Exercises judgment (within broadly defined policies and practices) in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results May coordinate the activities of other personnelNetworks with key contacts outside own area of expertise. Interacts with management and senior customer personnel on matters requiring coordination across organizational lines. Represent the organization as the principal customer contact and often performs project leadership Qualifications:

Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree and 5+ years experience or Masters degree and 4+ years experience Experienced board level RF circuit designer. Capable of RF Circuit tuning, troubleshooting Experience with Antenna design and measurements. Must be familiar with VNAs, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, RF Power Meters.Preferred Requirements: Experience with RF Power Amplifier design and measurements. Familiar with RF Receiver design and measurements. RF System level design experience(RFID, UWB) Experience with ADS, CST, Cadence design tools Experience with WWAN/BLE/Wi-Fi/LoRa/GPS RF design Why is This a Great Opportunity:
