Careys commitment to providing leading edge technology in behavioral health services has established the corporation as one of the most respected community mental health centers in West Tennessee./ph3Qualifications/h3pSummary:/ppThe Receptionist position at the crisis stabilization unit is responsible for providing administrative/clerical support duties./ppExamples of Duties:/pulliAnswers telephone and screens and directs calls./liliPrepares and makes bank deposits on a daily basis./liliPrepares designated medical staff daily schedule./liliTransports outgoing mail to the Post Office daily./liliMonitors medical charts for documentation of time frame compliance./liliMonitors forms for completion (updates, releases, etc.)./liliCompletes clerical documentation at intake and updates clerical component of clinical charts on a timely basis./liliInform clinicians and medical staff of client arrival, processes fee payments and other related documentation./liliAssists Office Manager in opening and closing of the building, securing all cash boxes and other clinically sensitive materials./liliFollows up with clients on missed appointments with medical staff by telephone or letter./liliFollows all guidelines outlined in the CAREY Policies and Procedures Manual including Corporate Compliance Policies./liliIs expected to have regular and predictable attendance and the ability to work cooperatively with others./li/ulpMinimum Qualification:/ppHigh school diploma or equivalent with experience in the use of office machines, computers and a multi-line telephone system./p/div
