SAP ABAP HR Developer - Remote / Telecommute, Mississippi

Job Description:

Management and Reporting System is recruiting one (1) SAP Lead ABAP Developer to provide SAP system support and Success Factors integration support.

The resource will manage an ABAP development team and will work alongside State resources in developing, enhancing, and supporting the Accountability System of Government Information and Collaboration SAP system, plus provide integration support for Success Factors EC and multiple third-party systems.

Required Skills/Experience:

Eight years experience with ABAP design and development experience with strong experience in ABAP Object

Oriented programming.

Functional knowledge in at least three of the following areas: Finance, Customer Relationship Management, Logistics,

Supplier Relationship Management, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM.

Four years experience working with an SAP operational system for a Public Sector Client.

Two years experience in training / knowledge to public sector employees from entry level and above.

Preferred Skills:

Two years experience with Success Factors Employee Central Cloud Platform Integration.

Two years experience with SAP Process Integration.

Two years' experience with migration between third-party vendor systems.

Experience with analysis and development activities to resolve root causes of incidents

Education:

Bachelor's Degree.
