Participants are expected to:  

• Annotate the clinical data from different databases.   
• Summarize the physician-patient encounter and capture the clinical content of the conversation with very high accuracy within the guidelines provided for this scribing, for AI learning Work on medical transcriptions, dialogues, and clinical texts.  
• Deliver all assigned tasks in line with pre-defined KPIs, metrics, and quality standards.   
• Maintain daily communication with the Language Lead regarding task assignments, project status, and priorities.   
• Effectively prioritize tasks and manage timelines for assigned projects.   
• Adhere to project specifications, procedures, and company guidelines across all tasks. 

This project aims to support AI Data Services through high-quality annotation of medical text, transcriptions, audio, and related data.   

• Experience in scribing/transcription/coding in clinical documentation is a plus.  
• Excellent listening skills and ability to understand diverse accents and dialects and varying dictation styles (see language list).   
• Experience in annotation projects, especially within the Healthcare or Medical Domain, is a plus. 
• Technical curiosity. 
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Experience in Translation, Philology, Linguistics, or related fields is a plus.
