As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Document customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
- Assist in training new team members
Team Structure: You will work closely with a team of customer support representatives and report to the Customer Support Manager.
Ideal Profile :The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or support roles
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
