The Role

As a Voice Support professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients through various communication channels, with a focus on voice interactions. Your primary duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products and services
  • Providing step-by-step guidance and instructions to customers to help them navigate our systems and applications
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of the support provided
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Continuously expanding your product knowledge and technical expertise to better serve our customers

You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working closely with other customer service and technical support professionals to deliver exceptional experiences to our valued clients.
