Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to provide administrative support, coordinate services, and foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for clients and internal teams
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Identify and resolve issues, escalating as necessary
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providers, and partners
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or administrative position
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
