2- : The team needs a Power BI consultant who can come in and hit the ground running with:

- Mid-level experience in Power BI development and data visualization in a techno-functional capacity
- Strong expertise in SQL databases (writing queries, data modeling, performance tuning)
- Experience building interactive dashboards, reports, and data models for business stakeholders
- Ability to design and optimize ETL/data pipelines using SQL and related tools
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and relational database design
- Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data accuracy and performance
- Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query (M), and data transformation techniques
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights and reporting solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with internal/external teams
