The Pool Company is seeking a highly qualified, motivated, and experienced team Foreman to join our commercial aquatics construction team.

Essential Functions
Deadline driven and experienced in construction.
Ability to lead the on-site construction team and be responsible for orderliness, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Able to travel to work in the state where the job is for six months or longer.
Determine the method of construction, materials quantities, equipment, work schedule and document of hours worked.
Monitor compliance with company and site safety programs, documents, and ensures corrective measures are implemented.
Knowledge of standard construction software and management process.
Completes work on time in a professional and competitive manner.
Maintains positive relations with clients, general contractors, and the community.
Communicates effectively with team members.
Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure success on the project.

Minimum Requirements
Commercial construction experience preferred.
Prior pool industry experience preferred.
Possess good organizational skills and strong communication skills.
Able to develop new skills and knowledge quickly.
Resourceful and diligent in adapting to new situations.
Must be able to work in and/or with an organized team.
Compensation is based on skills, knowledge related to position and previous experience.
