Diet Technician ( Jobs), Jacksonville

Job Description:

· Under the guidance of a RD

o Perform Admission and High Risk Assessment, as well as QA Food Service Audits.

o Perform MDS, care plans, schedule case, etc. at facilities

o Meeting with staff for recommendations or processing information.

o Survey preparations for annual state survey

o Customer Service and relationship building

o Update facilities notebook with tracking forms

Requirements:

• 
  
• A two or four year degree from an accredited college-degree must be relevant to Dietetics and Nutrition area
  
• Dietetic Technician License
  
• Verification Statement needed in case of absence of internship
  

Preferred:

• 
  
• One year of experience in food service management or clinical dietetics,
  
• Previous Consulting experience
