Currently, we have a Recruiter opportunity with a leading mortgage servicing company that has helped thousands of homeowners avoid foreclosure through innovative solutions and compassionate service. The Recruiter is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions within the financial services sector.
Utilizing various recruiting channels—including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals—to attract high-quality candidates.
Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Managing the full recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, including salary negotiations.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in financial services recruitment.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting within the financial services industry.
Proven success filling roles in areas such as mortgage servicing, investment banking, asset management, or similar.
Strong understanding of financial services roles, qualifications, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Pay Rate Range: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
