ACS- Bilingual Spanish Call Center Telephone Banker
Location: Jacksonville, FL, US/Onsite

Training/Start Date: Monday July 6, ****
Training Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00am- 5:30pm
Various 1st and 2nd shift schedules available after training
Required Skills

• Has an intermediate level of proficiency with computers ** Bilingual Spanish Required **
Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills
• Experience in financial services
• Experience in sales, cross-selling, upselling or referring products
• Experience working in an inbound or outbound contact center (phone, chat and or video)
• Experience working as a Personal Banker managing high client volume
• Sales experience (upselling and cross-selling)

Industry Experience: Call center and/or banking experience, Sales experience
Education Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
