Trillium is seeking Production Workers in Hilliard! This Temp-to-Hire opportunity is seeking experienced Production Workers for a modern, automated manufacturing, distribution, and warehouse facility in Hilliard. The Production Worker will support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations, including material handling, product packaging, and shipping.The Production Worker plays a key role in ensuring the products are produced, labeled, and delivered accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting. This position can convert to a permanent role depending on your performance and attendance.Responsibilities: Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance. Safely operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment as needed. Package, label, and palletize products based on production timelines. Load and unload materials and finished products accurately. Conduct ongoing quality inspections and keep detailed production records.Schedule is 1st Shift / Monday– Friday / 8:00am – 5:00pm. Pay rate is $20.00 per hour DOE. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass pre-employment screenings. Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
