The successful candidate will be responsible for re-framing the brand from a convenience-positioned service to an identity-positioned category leader, with a focus on the emotional and economic value of the category. This role requires a senior marketing executive with a proven track record in direct-to-consumer marketing, including a strong background in performance marketing, brand evolution, and a deep understanding of the modern DTC tech stack. The CMO will be tasked with owning the full marketing P&L, managing a diverse media program, and leading the brand's transition to a more premium, considered-purchase model.
