Your Job Labor Finders has multiple openings for Landscaping workers for long-term work on multiple sites in and around Jacksonville areas. We are in search of candidates with experience working with any of the following skills: mowing, trimming, and edging lawns, Planting and maintaining trees, shrubs and flowers, watering, fertilizing and applying pesticides as needed, installing and maintaining irrigation systems. Operating landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, blowers and trimmers, and maintaining clean and organized work areas and perform other landscaping tasks as assigned.Your Day Start times vary between 5am and 7am, shifts are typically 8 hours, some lasting as long as 10 hours. Sites are often construction sites, requiring full PPE. Jobsites may vary on specific location day to day but will be in and around Jacksonville. Candidates should be prepared to work in all weather conditions and elements, including extreme Florida heat. Transportation is required to and from the sites, as well as good communication to the office for job assignments. Work is short term to start, ongoing for those with consistent attendance and outstanding performance. Pay is based on experience, job, attendance and performance feedback.Your Experience Minimum 3+ months
