We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily front office operations at our multidisciplinary personal injury clinic. This role is responsible for managing patient scheduling, front desk staff, workflow efficiency, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience while supporting clinical and administrative teams.Front Desk&Patient Coordination
Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes Manage patient scheduling to ensure efficiency and minimize double bookings Verify patient information and ensure accurate data entry into systems Address patient questions, concerns, and scheduling issues professionallyScheduling&Workflow Management
Maintain organized and efficient provider schedules across disciplines (e.g., chiropractic, medical) Ensure proper scheduling based on treatment plans and provider availability Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and inefficiencies Administrative&Operational Support
Maintain and update internal systems Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures Coordinate communication between front office and clinical teams Assist with reporting, audits, and operational improvements Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a medical office, personal injury clinic, or healthcare setting Prior experience in front desk supervision or office management preferred Strong understanding of medical scheduling and patient flow Experience with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling software Knowledge of personal injury processes and documentation is a plusSkills&Competencies
