Job Description

Duties include effectively operating a multi station printing and coating machine in the manufacture of liner less pressure sensitive adhesive constructions. 

 

Complete make ready by ensuing correct ink station set up, silicone station set up, adhesive station setup, and any ancillary tooling (perforation, or other downstream processes).

Ensures operation of equipment at top speed while maintaining quality.  Pull samples throughout run in accordance with existing sample procedure to verify quality.  Complete all documentation, including press logs and other recording documentation

Assists in the preparation of materials during machine operation, including ink, UV silicone chemistry, and adhesive, and movement of raw materials and finished rolls to and from machine as needed.

Maintain the press to keep it in good operating condition, including immediate and periodic cleanup of any chemistry spills (silicone or adhesive), to prevent build-up.

Proactively promote a safe and harmonious working environment, with active participation in team meetings and cooperation in team environment.

Perform other related duties and overtime as required.
