Our customer in Darien, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. Were recruiting Precision Machine Operators to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Precision Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and adjusting machines to perform machining operations while maintaining quality and production standards.Responsibilities of the Precision Machine Operator:
Adjust and operate machines to perform progressive machining operations. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed. Control operation by using levers, hand wheels, and power settings. Check dimensions of parts and verify accuracy. Remove burrs from parts and clear chips from machines.Work from drawings, specifications, and job layouts. Use measuring tools such as gauges, micrometers, and calipers. Maintain cutting tools in proper working condition. Precision Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years of CNC experience and 34 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Experience with Wichman, Acme, or Davenport machines preferred. Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math calculations. Ability to use hand, power, and measuring tools.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in a hot and fast-paced environment. Pay for Precision Machine Operator:
$22.00$30.00/hour. Precision Machine Operator Benefits:
