$18.00 per hour 1st 7:00am-3:30pm QPS Employment Group has a great Cycle Counter position available at a company in Monroe, WI. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to inventory accuracy within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. The role is vital for maintaining precise stock levels, supporting overall production efficiency, and ensuring smooth workflow operations.Cycle Counter Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

Conduct daily cycle counts of inventory parts, accurately recording results and submitting paperwork for review. Maintain thoroughness and attention to detail, ensuring all counts are neat, legible, and precise. Communicate effectively with team leads, parts coordinators, and purchasing staff regarding discrepancies or issues.Support the team with various tasks to promote efficient workflow and inventory management. Switch between standing and sitting positions as required during counting operations. Assist with lifting items up to 20 lbs.; help available for heavier loads. Work in different climate conditions throughout shifts in an on-site automotive setting.Cycle Counter Requirements:

Ability to lift 20 lbs. as needed, with assistance available for heavier items. Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, walk, and sit for extended periods during shifts. Effective communication skills with team and supervisors. Must work a mandatory weekly schedule.
