Required Skills & Qualifications

(Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

Applicants must be able to work directly on Artech's W2

2 years of Agile Coaching experience or Release Train Engineer experience

5 years of experience working with Agile teams

Scaled Agile Certified: SAFe Agilist/ RTE/ SPC

Ability to set up new agile teams and guide them through their forming journey

Experience with Jira and Confluence

Experience with both Scrum and Kanban teams

Experience in developing a transformation strategy for multiple trains and driving the execution of maturity milestones and goals

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Time management and prioritization skills

Proficiency in Client Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

(Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

Bank experience

Horizon Tools experience (JIRA, Confluence, Jira Align)

Continuous Improvement Survey creation and execution on Agile Maturity

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

(Key tasks and expectations for the role)

Overlook new and existing team agile maturity

Facilitate 30-90 days team transformation

Overlook all agile cadences during transformation of teams

Work with new teams to ensure that their assessment is completed or provide action items

Support existing agile release train for any gaps

Contribute to community of practice and continuous improvement on agile processes

Drive maturity and guide existing Release Trains

Support successful implementation of PI Plannings with Agile Teams

Scale up additional Release Trains

Transform new Agile teams

Facilitate meetings across both Onshore and Offshore teams and time zones
