What Youll Do Design HVAC systems for residential and commercial buildings Perform heating and cooling load calculations Work on mid-rise and high-rise residential projects, as well as restaurant and retail spaces Collaborate directly with the company President on projects Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD Ensure designs meet NYC and NJ building codes Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering At least 7 years of engineering experience Strong knowledge of HVAC system design Proficiency in AutoCAD Familiarity with NYC and NJ building codes Self-motivated and results-driven Compensation & Benefits Salary: up to $100,000 based on experience Discretionary bonus up to $10,000 Medical benefits and paid vacation Fully remote/work-from-home opportunity
