This role focuses on managing production schedules, monitoring material requirements, coordinating inventory flow, and ensuring on-time delivery performance across multiple facilities.The ideal candidate will have experience in production planning, MRP/ERP systems, inventory management, and electronics manufacturing environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and track all PCBA production schedules, WIP, and finished goods inventories tied to the Phoenix facilityUpdate and maintain production commit dates within the ERP systemCreate and maintain requisitions and planning activities to support customer project demandAttend daily production meetings and MRB review meetings as requiredReview MRP requirements and inventory reports to determine material supply needsMonitor and report weekly metrics including on-time delivery, inventory trends, and process improvementsManage and maintain the status of outside process jobs between Hudson and Phoenix facilitiesPartner with warehouse, quality, engineering, and production teams to communicate material demand changes and support material flowCommunicate priorities across departments to ensure internal and external objectives are achievedMinimize risk related to excess inventory and overstock finished goodsSupport continuous improvement initiatives within planning and scheduling operationsQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain within a manufacturing environmentExperience supporting logistics planning and time-sensitive production schedulesStrong experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft ExcelExperience with Oracle and Factory Logix requiredExperience with LeanDNA is a plusStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to work onsite in Hudson, NHPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting PCBA, SMT, or electronics manufacturing environmentsExperience managing inventory, WIP tracking, and production schedulingExperience supporting on-time delivery and production KPI reportingExperience working within high-volume manufacturing operationsExperience supporting process improvement initiativesCompensationEstimated hourly range: $25-$30/hr (W-2)Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.Work Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (9/80 Schedule)Work Location: 100% Onsite - Hudson, NHContract Duration: 6 Months to Start with Possible Extension/Conversion
