Quality Inspector – 3rd Shift (Plastics)

Location: Hudson, NH | Type: Direct Hire | Salary: $50,000 - $52,000/yr

Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Must be flexible to train on 1st or 2nd shift)

A premier manufacturing plant in Hudson, NH is seeking a 3rd Shift Quality Inspector for their plastics injection molding operations. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform QC inspections per part plans and support calibration/metrology programs.

• Process nonconforming materials and assist with product failure analysis.

• Participate in new product trials, compile data, and report to Quality Engineers.

• Continuous lifting up to 25 lbs required.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in Quality Control/Assurance within the plastics/injection molding sector.

• Skills: Metrology, calibration, testing, product inspection, and data collection.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

• Ensure that measuring equipment being used for QC activities has been calibrated and is in good working order.
• Support the company’s metrology and calibration program. 
• Process nonconforming material in accordance with established procedures. 
• Assist with product failure analysis.
• Participate in new product trials; collect/compile inspection data, report results to Quality Engineer.
• Provide input to product validation in accordance with customer requirements.
