Sailpoint Architect

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Architect to lead identity and access management (IAM) solutions for a financial services client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SailPoint IdentityNow and/or IdentityIQ solutions to meet business and security requirements.Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions, including identity lifecycle management, access governance, and role-based access controls. Provide architectural guidance and best practices for integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms. Develop and maintain IAM policies, workflows, and access certifications. Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to align IAM solutions with regulatory and business needs. Lead SailPoint upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning efforts. Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues while ensuring high availability and security. Provide technical leadership in IAM project planning, strategy, and execution.5+ years of experience in designing and implementing SailPoint IAM solutions. Strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow and integration with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, AWS, Okta, or Ping Identity. Experience with Java, REST APIs, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting). Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS. Prior experience in financial services or working with large enterprises is preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
