Position Highlights
Outpatient-focused Cardiology role
Collaborate with
1 Cardiologist + experienced APP team
High-volume practice (4+ month waitlist)
***** patients/day
Low-volume
outpatient call ( 10 days/month)
Flexible schedule:
5 days or 4x10s
Practice Environment
Hospital-based clinic with
on-site echo, stress testing & cardiac rehab
Structured model: physician-led new consults ?
APP follow-ups
Strong physician support + growing autonomy
Opportunity to gradually expand into
inpatient exposure
Compensation & Benefits
$153,500 - $176,900 base salary
Loan repayment up to $75K
Retention bonuses + relocation assistance

PTO starting at 20 days + $4K CME
Qualifications
NP or PA, board certified
Cardiology experience preferred (or primary care background)
NY license or eligibility required
Live in Norwich, NY
