We are looking for dedicated, reliable, and loyal Team Member with a clean background, who work well with others. As an operations team member, you will be an integral part of a small company experiencing steady growth. We are seeking candidates who are good-natured, motivated, and excited about the opportunity to support all operational processes and procedures of our growing company.Your duties will include working in a food spices facility. Basic math skills are required, and attention to detail is crucial. Some lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Candidates must be dependable, with excellent attendance, and have a reliable way to get to work. We are also in need of freight team leaders, a production manager, and a shipping team leader, which opens up the opportunity for the right people to progress with us.Essential Job Duties: Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack, and stage products and materials using a forklift, order picker, pallet jack, or other power equipment. Follow specific work instructions and best practices to safely and accurately complete daily work assignments and record indirect time promptly.

Record receipts in the appropriate forms and/or logbooks.

Verify that proper documentation is attached

Support all operational processes and procedures to ensure value to the customer and compliance with all policies, customer requirements and

federal/state/local

regulations

Assists with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation Inspect each pallet and or case for proper quantities, and lot codes (as applicable) damages and follow any special instructions on Work Assignment Form and /or additional documentation

Communicate problems, concerns and ideas to management. Identify process improvements.

Perform forklift duties, and learn to containerize basic loads..

Assist in various warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors, cleaning, storing equipment, etc.
