Responsibilities for this position include: Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner Advises customers on the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining the vehicle according to the manufacturer's specificationsProvides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process Maintains high customer satisfaction standards Qualifications: 2+ years' experience in an automotive service dealership preferred Exceptional customer service skillsOutstanding organizational and follow-up skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs.
