Quality Engineer, Chuckey, TN

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Quality Engineer to ensure our products consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. In this role, you will lead root-cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and drive production efficiency, while supervising a small team of inspectors.

Responsibilities

Department Leadership & Inspection Oversight

• Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of 2–3 quality inspectors within the department, ensuring efficient daily workflows.

• Inspection Management: Oversee first article inspections, in-process testing, and final inspections to ensure full compliance with customer specifications.

• Receiving Inspection: Manage the evaluation and approval of incoming raw materials according to company and customer specifications.
