Customer Services Sales Engineer, Arkansas

Overview:
The Customer Service Sales engineer will focus on the Amazon account where this individual will work with the customer service or engineering teams within S&H to support incoming calls from amazon, the amazon account team as well as proactively searching out and selling opportunities directly to Amazon facilities and resident maintenance technicians.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:
Ability to understand and communicate problem statements for the material handling conveyor systems within the amazon network.

Coordinate and develop proposals within the S&H standards.

Close and process orders as they are awarded (won).

Travel as needed to perform site assessments to assist in preparing of quotations.

 

 

Qualifications:
3-5 years of material handling selling experience. 

Engineering Degree (preferred).

Inside and outside selling experience within any industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products,
