Job Description Job Description The experienced landscaper will handle a variety of landscaping projects, including lawn care, planting, hardscaping, and installation of irrigation and drainage systems.
This role requires operating heavy equipment and managing a small team to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces.
Daily travel between job sites is expected to ensure timely project completion.
Responsibilities
Perform lawn care, planting, pruning, mulching, and weed control
Install and maintain irrigation systems and French drains
Execute hardscaping and concrete work
Design gardens and consult with customers on landscaping plans
Operate heavy equipment and various landscaping tools
Manage and coordinate a small landscaping team
Travel daily between multiple job sites to supervise and complete projects
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of landscaping experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of landscape design and irrigation systems
Expertise in soil management and plant identification
Skilled in equipment operation and safety procedures
Strong customer service and time management abilities
