Full-time Job Summary: Midway Staffing is seeking motivated and dependable General Laborers to join our team on the first shift. This versatile position offers the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our manufacturing and warehouse operations, including assisting with assembly, packaging, material handling, and production support. Assist with light assembly tasks, including using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and nut drivers. Load, unload, and move materials safely within the facility, lifting up to 45 lbs as needed. Pack and package products efficiently and accurately to meet production quotas. Perform routine quality checks to ensure work meets safety and quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety guidelines at all times. Support team members with additional duties as required to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications:

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Physical capability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
