General Labor / Production Associate Joplin, MO Starting Pay: $20.00/HR 12-Hour Day Shift | Overtime Available We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for a General Labor / Production position in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a physically demanding role with plenty of overtime opportunities available.Schedule:

Monday– Thursday: 6:00 AM– 6:00 PM

Fridays: Typically 8-hour shifts if needed to finish production

Saturdays: Occasionally required depending on workload

Your first day will begin at

8:00 AM for orientation

with our Safety Specialist. After orientation, regular shift hours will begin at 6:00 AM. Job Duties:

Throwing and handling 50 lb bags repeatedly

Shoveling, sweeping, and general cleanup

Assisting with production and warehouse tasks

Working in dusty, dirty, and physically demanding conditions

Work Environment: This is not a climate-controlled environment. Employees should expect: Hot conditions during the summer

Cold conditions during the winter

Dirty and physically intensive work

We want candidates to fully understand the nature of the position before starting, so there are no surprises. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, physically capable, and ready to work hard. Requirements:

Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs

Steel-toed boots required

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed

Pay Details:

$20.00 per hour
