About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
for a Family Practice locum assignment in Vinita, OK.
This is a great opportunity to work in a well-established outpatient setting serving a diverse patient population.

Position Highlights
? 4x10-hour shifts per week
Monday–Friday with alternating Mondays and Fridays off
?? ***** patients per day
Outpatient primary care setting
All ages (adult & pediatric)
Low acuity, routine & walk-in care
Cerner EMR (preferred, not required)
Requirements

Requirements
Active Oklahoma license
Board Certification in Family Practice
?? BLS, ACLS & PALS (AHA required)
?? Experience managing adult & pediatric patients
Case logs required during orientation
5 peer/supervisory references (3 during onboarding)
? DD214 required (if applicable – military)
