Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technology Quality Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems in a dynamic industrial environment. This role requires strong technical aptitude, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering, operations, and management teams.

Job Description

• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems, including replacement of pressure pumps, thermocouples, tooling, treating iron, tubing, and related components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic system issues, including control valves, pumps, motors, cylinders, and hydraulic hoses.
  
• Diagnose and repair basic electrical systems, including VFDs, motors, 4-20mA and 24V sensors, PLCs, and RMC controllers.
  
• Troubleshoot pneumatic systems, including control valves, cylinders, vacuum systems, and compressors.
  
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and servicing on pumps, compressors, drivers, and auxiliary equipment.
  
• Set up and pressure-test downhole tools and equipment by connecting high-pressure tubing and operating remote HMI control systems and data acquisition equipment.
  
• Document maintenance activities, testing results, and repair summaries using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer-based reporting tools.
  
• Communicate effectively with engineers, supervisors, management, and cross-functional teams both verbally and electronically.
  
• Follow all safety procedures, operational standards, and quality requirements.
  
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.

Skills Required

• Minimum of 2 years of formal technical training or equivalent industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
  
• Familiarity with industrial software and control systems, including: Allen Bradley PLC RSLogix, RMC Logic Controllers, Keyence Marking Builder
  
• Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
  
• Experience conducting and interpreting pressure testing procedures and results.
  
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and test plans.

Education

• Associate degree or technical degree preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience in: Mechanical systems, Electrical systems, Hydraulic systems, Pneumatic systems, Robotic systems

Pay Rate

• $24 - $27 per hour ( Compensation is offer ed based on experience, skills, and market factors)
• Shift diff: $2.00 for 2nd or 3rd shift (after training on 1st shift)

Additional Requirements

• Sched ule: NES T Training required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the workday.
  
• Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, leaning, and other physical movements.
  
• Ability to work in an industrial shop environment with regular exposure to: Loud noise, Dust, Oils, Solvents
