We are seeking a detail-oriented and imaginative Web Content Writer to produce engaging, SEO-optimized content for our website, blogs, property listings, and marketing materials.
You'll play a key role in crafting the voice of Zidane Properties online, helping us communicate clearly and effectively with current and prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and proofread web content including landing pages, blog posts, and service descriptions
Research real estate trends, market insights, and industry news to generate fresh content ideas
Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand strategy
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and implement keywords naturally
Ensure all content is accurate, well-written, and aligned with our tone and goals
Meet deadlines and manage multiple content projects independently
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a web content writer, preferably in real estate or related industries
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Strong understanding of SEO best practices
Ability to conduct thorough research and translate complex topics into clear content
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
