Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to exacting standards, both behind the bar and tableside.

Provide gracious, full-service hospitality to all guests—whether seated at the bar or in the lounge—through confident engagement and timely service.

Maintain complete fluency in all food and beverage offerings

Guide guests through the menu, making recommendations based on flavor profiles and preferences, with the ability to upsell.

Ensure the bar and service areas remain clean, stocked, and visually polished

Collaborate with team members to maintain a consistent and elevated level of service throughout all areas of the Lobby Bar.

Cross promote other GHG F&B Outlets

Offer full-service hospitality, including making reservations at GHG outlets and personally escorting guests to the venue

Maintain a clean, pressed uniform in strict accordance with the Lobby Bar dress code; proper attire is mandatory.

Qualifications:

What You Need for this Position

Demonstrate flexibility by supporting private events, collaborating across departments, and adapting to changing operational needs

Serving experience preferred

Bartending experience preferred

TIPs or ServeSafe Alcohol Program certified

Food Handlers Permit

Respect and support fellow team members

Passionate about the guest experience

Age Requirement 18+

Familiarity with various alcoholic beverages, cocktails etc

Deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and ingredients
