These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Design and build new dies, tools, and fixtures. Repair and maintain existing dies, tools, and fixtures.Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with tooling and production processes. Operate a variety of machine tools, including mills, lathes, grinders, and EDMs. Perform precision measurements and inspections using various metrology equipment. Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize tooling performance.Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
