The Opportunity

What You'll Do Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction In conjunction with all management, enforce compliance with all employment policies and oversee cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests at all times Provide or direct all Front of House training Manage performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplineManage liquor orders and control liquor costs Enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines Assist with the development of all key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily performance feedback during one-on-ones Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend the hiring of Front of House employeesDirect work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours Create a fun, safe environment by following our core values and operational goals, and implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling proceduresCompensation

Up to $55,000 base salary Monthly Profit-Sharing Program Quarterly Restricted Stock Units Program Annual holiday bonus Benefits
