Medical/Vision/Dental 401k match Paid holidays Vacation and sick time CNC Operator II Details: Direct hire position$ 19.00 to $ 22.00 / annually Full time work available Second shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm) Operates mills and or lathes by following work orders, engineering plans (blueprints), including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, and conditional switchesVerifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces; proving out part programs. Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting offsets; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.Maintains equipment by completing assigned preventive maintenance; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling maintenance for repairs and/or assistance. Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Complete production and quality logs as assignedUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; Follow quality standards to ensure parts are to the customer and company standards Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.CNC Operator II Qualifications: Three years' experience as a CNC Operator I Basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; (GD&T) Ability to follow all company and customer quality standards Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
