Schedule: Part Time Wed/Thurs 2300-0700

The Kansas City Area has an exciting career opportunity for a Field Service Supervisor. We are seeking a personable, dedicated individual to supervise a team of Security Officers to include ensuring operational effectiveness, scheduling, payroll and training.  

The successful candidate will need previous experience in developing a high performing team, strong customer service skills and great communication. 

Position Requirements: 

High School Diploma  

Intermediate Computer Skills 

Previous Supervisor experience preferred

Planning, organizing and leadership skills 

Ability to take initiative, achieve results and meet deadlines 

Calm, polite, and professional behavior 

Strong customer service skills 

Valid Driver's License with clean driving record

Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
