Job Description:
JCPRD is looking for a part-time courier to help three days per week, approximately 3.5 hours a day, to help us year-round delivering and picking up mail and small parcels at our facilities. If you like to drive and enjoy working with people, come join our team!

Position is a three-days per week, year-round position. Work hours are 9 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Responsibilities include picking up, sorting, and distributing mail to 14 JCPRD facilities.

Applicant must have good driving record, and a successful driving test is required.

Route is approximately 85 miles daily and vehicle is provided.

Work is light but there are occasional deliveries of boxes of brochures and other materials to JCPRD facilities, county libraries, and other sites. A hand truck is available.

Courier does not work on major holidays.

Hourly Pay: $15.00/hr.

Job Requirements:
Must be able to lift 30-35 lbs. per box.

Must have a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.

Must be dependable and be service oriented.

JCPRD requires reference/background screening for all positions.  Specified criteria may vary by Department.
