Design and Implementation Manager, Kansas City, KS

We are dedicated to developing new distribution capabilities that serve customers' changing needs through our retailer network, helping our brand partners meet consumers where they shop: in physical stores, online, via mobile devices or wallets and through ATMs.

We currently have an opening in Leawood, KS, our corporate headquarters, for a Design and Implementation Manger to lead our digital product integration efforts globally. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration of digital products, enhancing user experience, and driving global growth. You will work with large name brand partners and retailers, designing and implementing innovative solutions. This is a full-time, permanent position. 

Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Develop integration designs that meet business requirements and technical specifications.

Implementation: Execute integration plans efficiently across various regions and platforms, ensuring timely and effective implementation.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful integration.

Testing: Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and perform as expected.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes and solutions.

Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integration issues.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving integration processes and implement enhancements.

Project management: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful integration of digital products.

Technical Oversight: Oversee the technical aspects of integration, ensuring compatibility and performance across digital platforms.

Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks associated with global integration projects and ensure compliance with relevant reps.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of applicable work experience.

Strong project management and leadership skills.

Excellent communication cross-functionally and creating and supporting documentation.

Proficiency in integration technologies and methodologies.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Ability to read legal agreements and interpret business requirements.

Experience integrating RESTful APIs for secure data exchange between systems.

Designed or maintained ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data.

Integrated data workflows between internal systems and external financial platforms.

Experience with Jira/Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and team collaboration.

2-4 years management experience.

Background in financial/transacting processing.
