We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Advertising Coordinator to join our growing team. This role supports the execution of advertising campaigns from planning through to completion. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with the creative, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure timely delivery, budget accuracy, and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing advertising campaigns across various platforms

Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal teams to ensure campaign requirements are met

Monitor campaign progress and provide regular performance reports

Manage advertising budgets, invoices, and billing

Ensure all materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards

Conduct market research and assist in identifying advertising opportunities

Support the development of creative briefs and presentation materials
