Our client has career opportunities available for project architects with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join their creative design team. The best candidates will demonstrate interest in working in a collaborative studio environment, have strong convictions about environmental sustainability, design innovation, and strengthening communities.Responsibilities: Proactively contribute to planning, design, and documentation of projects across multiple scales and types Be a leader and mentor staff Assist partners in management of schedules, budgets, and clients Serve as the primary client liaison responsible to complete projects to satisfy the client’s goalsCollaborate on ideas for architectural amenities to help our clients stand out Manage work plans, schedules, programs, communication, and project team assignments Estimates fees, determine scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts Assist staff in development of industry knowledge and architectural skillsIssue and record change of service agreements in a timely manner Research, establish, and adhere to city/county agency requirements Oversee and assure contract document submittals for agency review Direct the preparation and issuance of bid documents Oversee construction contract administration and attend construction meetings as neededQualifications: Architecture degree, license preferred Advanced skills in Revit, Adobe, and rendering Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills Comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices Experience leading complex projects and multi-project accounts Strong business development and client development acumenStrong leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal management skills Experience negotiating project scope and fees Knowledge of local building codes and standards EEO Statement: Emissary Recruiting Solutions and its Clients/Affiliates are equal opportunity employers who zealously support and advance diversity in the workplace.
