REQUIRED EDUCATION High school diploma or equivalent required REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively Ability to troubleshoot common instrument issues independently PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 3 years of laboratory experience Experience with HPLC and GC instrumentation Familiarity with LIMS and chromatography data systems Experience working in quality control or production laboratory settings SUMMARY Seeking a Lab Analyst I to support its 24-hour Quality Control laboratory operations. This role is ideal for candidates with laboratory experience who are interested in analytical testing, quality control processes, and hands-on work with laboratory instrumentation in a fast-paced production environment. This position supports routine testing operations that contribute to process control, product development, waste management, and quality assurance initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform routine analytical testing following established protocols and work instructions Prepare laboratory solutions, clean glassware, and support daily lab operations Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and equipment Utilize LIMS, CDS, and instrument-specific systems for documentation and reporting Accurately record, calculate, and report analytical results Review laboratory data and communicate issues or discrepancies to leadership Conduct basic preventative maintenance on laboratory equipment Support laboratory safety initiatives and waste management procedures Assist with continuous improvement projects and process optimization efforts Work collaboratively with team members Drug screen&criminal background check will be required Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
