Responsibilities

• Lead the Floor: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates in both English and Spanish .

• Master the Cold: Oversee operations in refrigerated and frozen environments (don't worry, we provide the gear!).

• Inventory Integrity: Ensure 100% accuracy in stock levels and maintain strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols.

• Safety First: Enforce OSHA standards and food safety regulations (HAACP/SQF) to keep our team and our customers safe.

• Optimize Flow: Coordinate with logistics and procurement to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 40lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
