Lead Maintenance Supervisor (Certified) - Contract Role

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

Pay:

$28/hr

Job Description (Responsibilities): Supervise and support maintenance team and daily operations Oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, and make-ready turns Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances Ensure safety standards and Fair Housing compliance Coordinate vendors and maintain inventory controlQualifications (Required):

EPA Type II or Universal certification Multifamily maintenance leadership experience Own tools required Strong knowledge of building systems and HVAC Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines Benefits Through BG Staffing:
