Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, support internal teams, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is essential to maintaining efficiency across departments—including sales, operations, and customer service—and is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized, efficient workplace
Coordinate administrative tasks across departments (sales, production, customer service)
Support customer service and assist with order coordination when needed
Manage office supplies, vendors, and general facility needs
Assist with scheduling meetings, trainings, and internal communications
Help streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency
Support onboarding and coordination for new team members
Maintain records, documentation, and internal systems (Odoo experience is a plus)
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proactive mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and Microsoft Office
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
