Wage & Hour Class Action Attorney, Florida

Description:
A preeminent plaintiff civil litigation firm, is seeking an ambitious litigation attorney with minimum of 2 years of experience in handling Wage & Hour Class Action and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
This position is hybrid and can be based in Oakland, Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego or Sacramento.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California.
Compensation will be based on experience and will range ($150,*******,000) plus incentives.
Responsibilities
Assist in the management of class action, wage & hour, and PAGA cases.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates.
Participate in client interviews and investigations.
Support senior attorneys in court appearances and hearings.
Assist in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
