Our practice in admiralty and maritime matters includes extensive civil trial and appellate work in state and federal courts throughout Florida. Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and self-motivated Litigation Paralegal to assist attorneys with all phases of litigation from inception through trial. Responsibilities include pretrial investigation, preparing detailed medical chronologies, discovery support, and trial preparation. Qualifications

5+ years of paralegal experience handling federal court cases 5+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and LexisNexis Familiarity with Clio or other case/document management software (preferred) Benefits
